Vitamin B2 helps to maintain a healthy skin complexion.
Biotin helps to nourish and maintain shiny, healthy hair.
Copper helps to maintain a natural hair colour.
Selenium and Zinc both help to nourish and maintain healthy nails.
Free from artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free.

How to use

Take one capsule a day with plenty of liquid.
