1- Wash your hands thoroughly.
 2- Clean the bottle, bottle cap and cap thoroughly.
 3- Leave it in boiled water until you use it.
 4- Boil the drinking water for five minutes and let it cool down.
 5- Put in the warm water that you have prepared in the amount recommended in the nutrition table.
 6- Use only the scale that comes out of the product and box more
 Scrape it on the scale handle located inside.
 7- Add the recommended amount of powder formula in the nutrition table.
 8- After use, keep the scale hanging in the box.
 9- Close the bottle and shake well until the powder dissolves completely.
 10- Close the opened box tightly after each use.
