How to use

RECOMMENDED USE:

Blend 1 serving of marine collagen into 250-600mls of water. (or food/beverage of your choice)

If substituting water for another beverage or food we recommend tea, coffee, juice, smoothies, shakes, porridge, or yoghurt. The blends are heat stable.

Take one serving at a time. 1-3 servings per day.
